Eligibility and accounts
Outfitr is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use virtual try-on features. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.
Early access product
Outfitr is evolving. Features may change, break, be limited, or be discontinued as we improve the product. We may update these terms when the product or launch posture changes.
Recommendations and try-on
Outfit recommendations, closet insights, and virtual try-on previews are informational tools. They do not guarantee fit, appearance, availability, price, delivery date, or retailer inventory. You are responsible for the photos you upload and should only upload images you have the right to use.
Retailer links and purchases
Outfitr may link to third-party retailers and affiliate partners. Purchases, checkout, shipping, returns, refunds, customer support, and retailer policies are handled by those retailers, not Outfitr.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Outfitr, interfere with the service, attempt to access accounts or systems without permission, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the product to harm others.
Ownership
Outfitr owns the app, website, product design, code, branding, and related materials. You keep ownership of photos and information you provide, but you allow Outfitr to use them as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.
Disclaimers
Outfitr is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
